Using the plugin to schedule virtual meetings with Google Meet

Go to Service > Personal Settings:

Then go to the Behavior tab and activate the Add reservation on Google Calendar setting if not already active:

A bunch of new settings will appear, among which you can find Create a Google Meet link. Activate this setting as well.

After any reservation, the links can be found:

  • Inside the event details in Google Calendar.

  • In any notification email, if the email template contains the Google Meet link placeholder (under the Reservation group).

  • Inside the reservation details panel (backend, for the Admin or Service Provider).

  • Inside the reservation details panel (frontend, for the Customer).
