Requires a

Step 1

We must select a destination calendar in which the reservations events should be created.

Case 1: Availability provided through

Go to Availability > Google, notice that each Google Calendar record has a Destination field.

In this destination field you can select a Google Calendar which will be the destination of the reservation events.

While you can technically select as destination calendar the same as the availability source, this is not a good idea, because by keeping the availability calendar and the destination calendar separated you can hide the availability calendar from your Google Calendar main view in order to achieve a clearer overview.

Go to Service > Personal Settings:

Then go to the Working Hours tab, scroll down and select the desired events destination Google Calendar under Google Calendar destination.

Step 2

Go to Service > Personal Settings:

Then go to the Behavior tab and activate the Add reservation on Google Calendar setting:

A whole bunch of new settings will appear below to configure some properties of the reservation events, such as:

  • Event summary (title)

  • Event description content

  • Add customers as guests

  • Create Google Meet link

  • Google Calendar event reminders
