Allow customers to cancel a reservation

Customers will be able to cancel their reservations for this service either by the email cancellation link (if provided) or by the page where the reservations list widget is placed (in which case they must be logged in)

Cancellation reason

Allow customers to leave a reason in case they cancel a reservation.

Cancellation timespan

When the reservation start date-time is closer than this timespan, cancellation by the customers is no longer possible.
