Defining WordPress Roles

A Service Provider is a WordPress user of your website which is allowed to provide availability for the services you create.

This feature of the plugin lets you organize a workflow which involves many people offering the services according to their own availability schedule.

In order to define which WordPress user roles can be service providers, just go to Settings > Core > Roles:

In this settings panel you can also select additional WordPress roles that are allowed to fully manage the plugin. Administrators are always allowed.

Providers List

To see the current list of your Service Provider, go to Providers:

Under the Settings column, you can configure some basic restrictions for any of your provider, if required.

For instance, you may want to restrict a certain provider to only some of your services:
